Heritage Advisory Committee

Strategic Planning Public Information Session
This is a public information session, not a decision meeting. Consultants from Performance Concepts Team presented a draft Corporate Strategic Plan outlining Bluewater's current fiscal and infrastructure situation and nine proposed Wildly Important Goals (WIGs), including asset management, roads funding, user-pay cost recovery, and a fire master plan.
