Special Session Council
Council is holding a special session to receive in-person deputations regarding a zoning by-law amendment application for an asphalt plant. This is a supplementary session for public feedback and is not a statutory public meeting under the Planning Act. Comments will be included in a final staff report planned for April.

The Committee of Adjustment is reviewing a request to sever a 431.35 m² lot from a property at 291 Church Street for a semi-detached home. The body is also considering a minor variance for lot frontage on County Rd 9.

Special Session Council
Council is holding a public meeting under the Planning Act regarding a zoning amendment application from R.W. Tomlinson Ltd. The proposal seeks to allow a permanent asphalt plant and a ready-mix concrete plant on approximately 6.2 hectares of land. Council will also discuss methods for receiving additional public input on this application.
