Council to adopt heat‑pump siting amendments and new emergency and amenity bylaws

The Oak Bay Council will vote on amendments to allow heat pumps in front and side yards and to set a 50 dB noise limit for heat pumps. It will also adopt Emergency Program Bylaw No. 4890 (2024) and Amenity Cost Charge Bylaw No. 4892 (2024).
