Council will hear Grade 6 student delegations on a community pump track and splash park upgrade, then consider rescinding four outdated bylaws, approving pump track design and budget, and establishing terms of reference for a new land use bylaw. A Marigold Library Systems agreement for 2027-2029 is also on the agenda.
