The council adopted the amended agenda and approved the August 22 meeting minutes. It gave first and second readings to Bylaw 1891 establishing a Tax Arrears Payment Plan. It contributed $946,246 to the Revenue Stabilization Reserve, approved small draws from other reserves, and passed Bylaw 1892 to create a Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
