✓ Decided: Council directs new ICF negotiations with Town of Three Hills

Council voted to direct administration to initiate negotiations with the Town of Three Hills toward a new Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework (ICF) agreement, rather than extending the existing one. First reading was given to Bylaw 1934 for a land redesignation, and a public hearing was scheduled. The 2026–2029 Strategic Plan was received for information and will be advertised for public comment before final adoption. Two new policies on unbudgeted expenditures and tax cancellations were approved.
