Lambton Shores public meetings in 2023

Council Meeting

Lambton Shores Council is reviewing reports on planning, finance, and community services. Key items include adopting a Community Improvement Plan for the entire municipality, approving a rezoning at 125 King St in Thedford to allow a day nursery, and allocating $36,561.85 from the Community Vibrancy Fund to eight local groups. Grand Bend and Area Joint Sewage Board

The Grand Bend and Area Joint Sewage Board is meeting to discuss the 2024 final budget. The board is asked to approve the budget and forward it to the Municipal Councils of Lambton Shores and South Huron.

Council Meeting

Council is reviewing the Official Plan Review and negotiating a three-year YMCA agreement renewal. Staff will also apply for an emergency generator grant for the Shores Recreation Centre. The meeting includes decisions regarding police services funding and sports park construction tenders.

Council Meeting

The Lambton Shores Council is considering rezoning applications for 9502 Sitter Road and 9461 Klondyke Road. Grand Bend and Area Joint Sewage Board

The Grand Bend and Area Joint Sewage Board is reviewing several operational and financial documents. Key items include a proposal to increase the pumping capacity of Pump Station 2 and the recommendation of the 2024 Draft Budget for municipal council comment.

Committee of Adjustment

Council Meeting

Committee of Adjustment

Council Meeting
