Thank you. So with this, I just want to clarify that we did defer from the June hearing and we worked with staff to kind of make some amendments to the proposal. I'm not sure, are we able to bring up anything on the screen or is it just, could we bring Bring up figure one, please. Just while I explain the variances, it might help to see. Yes. Thank you. Great. Thank you very much. If you could please zoom into kind of the middle there. A little bit further if you could. Perfect. Thank you. Just some background. As I mentioned, we did work with planning staff since the previous deferral to work through some comments. The most notable were from the NEC. There were some comments on the, I guess, the length of the driveway. As you can see, coming from Campbell Avenue to where the dwelling is, it's rather central in the large property. So they had some comments with regards to the amount of impervious surface that we were proposing. And the other comments were from the fire department. And basically, they were saying that we need to have a fire access route because of the distance of the dwelling away from Campbell Avenue. So we did satisfy those comments. We did alter the driveway. So as you can see, there is a fire route. Now it is meet the minimum width. And we do meet the minimum turning radius required. As well as there's a hammerhead provided for maneuver ability of the fire truck on the property. And to address the surface treatment, we did propose, you can see the differen …

Thank you. its boundary as well as the new town of Milton's official plan. So, for this application, although I think the camera there is kind of blocking part of that statistic there, although conceptual at this level, it's providing three buildings, a parking space , thank you so much, parking of 399 spaces, 81 loading docks. It contemplates access that was discussed with staff on Boston Church Road and number 5 side road. It features 9.24 hectares of industrial block, 2.44 hectares of natural heritage system block, and there's parts of it that are designated that we're proposing to be part of the road widening and a 0.3 metre reserve. In particular, there's a number of policies that were considered when we had started this project two years ago on behalf of our client. We considered policies under the Planning Act and the updates to the Planning Act Bill 162, the Provincial Planning Statement 2024, the Halton Region Official Plan May 2024 consolidation, and at that time, it was just as the Halton Region Official Plan was being consolidated and approved with new future employment areas being designated. The Milton Official Plan February 2026 consolidation as well as LOPA 12-24, which we had provided comments to policy staff during that public meeting through letter. It also considers we make Milton Official Plan, which is the current Official Plan that applies to Milton approved by the Ministry, as well as OPA 92. Councillor Ali will be assuming the chair in a very short while. But before I get to the moment of silent reflection, our national anthem, and I'll be reading the traditional land acknowledgement, I'll also be making mention of there was another police officer shot today in Montreal, another one wounded, and there's been police shootings right across the country, and two of them here in Ontario in the last week or two. So in our moment of silent reflection, I would ask you maybe to just think about those officers there. And Couselor Kalky, he is a police officer as well, and he and I had a very brief discussion earlier on today about what it really means to the police services, not only in Halton here, but in Ontario and across the country as well. So it's just a reflection that all is not good when it comes to your and my security there, so we have to be ever mindful of that. So if we could a moment of silent reflection, our national anthem, and I will read the traditional land acknowledgement. Thank you. We acknowledge that the lands we gather on is part of the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We recognize the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee people. We also acknowledge the First Nation, Métis, and the Inuit people who live on these lands today. We commit to working towards reconciliation. Thank you. Madam Clerk, are there any agenda announcements and/or amendments? There was a revised agenda posted on Friday, June 19 that …

So we've prepared the report based on our best understanding of what the program would entail, knowing that if we were ever to proceed, there'd be that additional step and we'd bring back something to council with more firm details at that time. So at a high level, the key elements of the program, it is a competitive process, so there's no guarantee of funding for those that do apply. And they have indicated which evaluation criteria are most important to the …
