And so they had about 200 people out there and eight teams from all across Alberta. And I think the Red Deer team actually won. I think. I didn't stay for the whole thing. So Canada Day, I got to bring greetings along with many of the other councillors were present as well for the Great Canada Day celebrations at Bower Ponds. A number of us were down at Stampede repping Red Deer really well across a number of different events and days. And Wessner and Build and RDP were well represented at Stampede as well. Excited for that. I did get to talk to former Mayor Ken. And one of the things I asked him is, what was your high score for pancake breakfast? And he said his high score was 11. So I'm letting you know as Deputy Mayor, I'm doing my best. I'm already seven in. So his high score is quite at risk. We'll see what we can do this week. And then yesterday was a special event for me that was the mustard seeds 10 year anniversary in Red Deer. So 10 years ago, I was vice president of the Riverside Me adows Community Association and heavily involved when they moved into the neighborhood. And it was interesting to celebrate with some of the staff who have been there for 9 of those 10 years and to see how these things have progressed and the opportunities that they've taken and to serve the most vulnerable in the community a …

Thank You Councillor Tweed le I know you've been busy as deputy I appreciate your work I just want to make a quick comment on the Mayor's Recognition Awards those of you who know me know that I'm not much for ceremony and circumstance and all of those special events but I have to say that the Mayor's Recognition Award was awards were definitely a day I will always remember and look forward to more. I heard comments afterwards from people who said you know Mayor I loved red deer when I came in here and now I love it even more and a couple people said it was so nice to see people from my community recognized people that I identify with and so I think sometimes we take for granted people get recognition and it's kind of a you know a fairly normal thing but for many it's pretty special to be …
