Council Meeting

Committee of Adjustment

Planning Board

The Archipelago Area Planning Board will authorize the Chair and Secretary-Treasurer to sign an agreement with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to receive $17,355 in funding. Water Access Task Force

The Water Access Task Force heard a deputation from the Blackstone Lake Association Water Access Sub-Committee about service providers being denied access to the lake's only private business access point. The Sub-Committee requested the Township pay a $1,500 application fee to Hydro One to explore purchasing or leasing a Hydro One-owned property as an alternative access point. No decision was made on the fee; instead, staff were directed to review past municipal practices regarding water access points and report back.

Georgian Cliffs Cemetery Advisory Committee

The Georgian Cliffs Memorial Park Cemetery Advisory Committee will first approve its agenda, then disclose any pecuniary interests. It will vote to approve the minutes from the July 31, 2024 meeting.
