The Municipal Planning Commission will consider three development permit applications: DP2025-182 for natural resource extraction/processing with two variances on a 64.70 ha parcel; DP2026-001 for a home‑based trucking business (Type 3) with two variances on a 13.57 ha parcel; and DP2026-020 for an accessory building with two variances covering 15,801 ft².
