Committee of the Whole
Council to vote on a 4.19% municipal tax increase to fund the 2026‑2030 budget
The Committee of the Whole will review the Director of Finance’s reports on the 2026‑2030 General Operating Budget and the draft Special and Capital Projects plan. Staff recommends approving a 4.19% net increase in municipal taxes to cover the operating budget shortfall.
