Special Council
The St. Paul Town Council will consider and vote on the Town’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, which have been audited by JMD Group LLP. A delegation from JMD Group LLP, represented by Barb McCarthy, will present the 2024 audited financial statements and profit‑and‑loss analysis. The Council will also adopt the agenda and discuss a closed‑session portion of the meeting as permitted under Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act. The meeting will note the adoption of asset‑retirement obligations related to asbestos removal.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Board
The St. Paul Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will adopt its agenda and minutes, review updates on lacrosse, bike rentals, a multi‑sport outdoor recreation facility, and a recreation facility assessment. New business includes discussion of soccer fields, curling rink repairs, an Ag Society update, and storm water management for the golf course. Department reports on parks facilities, the aquatic centre, and the golf course will be presented, followed by a member report on the Jr. B Central Canada Cup tournament.
