Council to repeal garden waste policy and approve a five‑year park event exemption

The Coldstream Council will vote to repeal Garden Waste – Coldstream Transfer Station Policy No. PW35. It will also consider authorizing the Vernon Public Art Gallery to use Cenotaph Park for the Midsummer’s Eve of the Arts event, allowing amplified sound and liquor service for up to five years. Additional items include receiving a grant request from the Lavington Community Association for monthly Wi‑Fi service and reviewing several informational reports and correspondence.
