Special Committee of the Whole

The Special Committee of the Whole will receive the “Active Transportation Network Engagement – Project Update” report and seek Council input on routing changes for nine priority active‑transportation routes. Staff will ask for feedback on Phase 1A routing revisions, the level of community engagement for each design, and whether to explore shared micromobility programs. Based on Council comments, a draft Implementation Plan will be prepared for future approval.
