Um there was um I'm sorry I don't have it in front of me. There was a couple of emergent items we were looking at. Who had those? >> B12 and B6. D12. >> So D12 that is on by Director Hemingway. So can you director, can you speak to the emergent nature of D12? >> Thank you sir. I would like to uh ask council to consider allowing this item to come before you today as it's our last council day before the August 26 meeting. And if council were to be able to provide the motion I'm requesting, it would be quite meaningful for us with respect to awarding a contract in um or beginning of August late July. So the timing of the awarding of contract does dictate that I would like council to consider this decision today. Things are wet, things are nice, people are smiling. Um a lot of our gravel roads need a little touchup. Um but I do like to talk about the Konamera Road this morning. Multiple calls about that one. And I did uh I did connect yesterday, I think, with you guys. So, um, two years ago, we spent a lot of money on this road. So, it's kind of disappointing to see it revert to a goat trail that's passable only by four-wheel drive. Um, so what's the plan to get her fixed and what's the plan to keep it from deteriorating like this in the future? Um, to uh re um see a word. Um, so yeah, the crust has probably been compromised here with all the moisture we've had the with this 4 to 5 in of rain. Um, it is on the regravel list for this year. …

As Deputy Reev, I am chairing this meeting today because Reeves Seawart is away on business. And I will now call the meeting to order here at 12:30 p.m. So, first matter up on the agenda is the approval of the agenda. And so I corrected them and said we'd be happy if they get their development going that we'd be in there doing the services. And I I stopped there and thank goodness I did cuz uh we got our butts kicked this uh week by Vulker Stein. They had their equipment functional and were out on the roads and clearing the snow. Unlike our own public works department that apparently experienced some difficulties, um I don't get many complaints, but I had complaints this week.
