Um, I had a a contact from a resident who lives on 762 regarding the kidney march sign [snorts] that's been posted on one of her approaches. And I believe we brought this up uh when we were discussing the kidney march before we broke that um maybe some of these pit stops were like do they have to notify residents. Anyways, um she is just wondering if you know how many days and who cleans up afterwards. Will there be portaotties? And you know with this being agricultural access, you know, somebody may be trying to move equipment or cattle out of these accesses and the kidney march just kind of takes over. So there's that. Um there was um I'm sorry I don't have it in front of me. There was a couple of emergent items we were looking at. Who had those? >> B12 and B6. D12. >> So D12 that is on by Director Hemingway. So can you director, can you speak to the emergent nature of D12? >> Thank you sir. I would like to uh ask council to consider allowing this item to come before you today as it's our last council day before the August 26 meeting. And if council were to be able to provide the motion I'm requesting, it would be quite meaningful for us with respect to awarding a contract in um or beginning of August late July. So the timing of the awarding of contract does dictate that I would like council to consider this decision today. And I did uh I did connect yesterday, I think, with you guys. So, um, two years ago, we spent a lot of money on this road. So, it's kind of disappointing to see it revert to a goat trail that's passable only by four-wheel drive. Um, so what's the plan to get her fixed and what's the plan to keep it from deteriorating like this in the future? Um, to uh re um see a word. Um, so yeah, the crust has probably been compromised here with all the moisture we've had the with this 4 to 5 in of rain. Um, it is on the regravel list for this year. …

Um, I'm sure there's something, but um, there's a lot going on out there in uh, well, especially Division 4, but yeah, motorcycle fatality on uh, highway, I guess it's 22X, fire on Colemine Road, uh, backcountry rescue, Westerberg Creek. Um, yeah. So, a lot kind of stirring in the emergency preparedness departments, I guess.
