Council to award $3.125M reconstruction contract for Nesbitt Crescent and Vanier Avenue

Council will consider several items, including receiving the 2025 Annual Building Report, authorizing a cash‑in‑lieu parking agreement for 28 Finkle Street, awarding a $3,125,611.09 reconstruction contract for Nesbitt Crescent and Vanier Avenue, approving updates to flag policies and a by‑law to charge for city flags, and appointing a new member to the Downtown Woodstock BIA Board. A motion will also direct staff to prepare a report on illegal dumping in the city.

This meeting took place in Council Chambers at Woodstock City Hall, 500 Dundas Street. _____________________________________________________________________ 1. Closed Session Closed Session commenced at 12:27 p.m. in the 2nd-floor Board Room, followed by Open Session in Council Chambers at 1:30 p.m. All members of Council were present with the exception of Councillor C.
