Discussion
Councillor Schadenberg asked if the three lots facing mill street would
accommodate homes larger than what was depicted on the drawings. In
response, Mr. Miller confirmed larger homes could be accommodated on the
three lots.
Aaron Butler, NPG Planning Solution, acting as the Applicant’s agent, attended
the meeting to express support for the report and address any questions from
Committee members.

Committee to consider minor variances for 845, 931 Thameside Dr. and 428 Universal Rd.
The Woodstock Committee of Adjustment will meet to decide three applications for minor variances. Two applications from Thames Development (VI) Inc. seek to increase maximum lot coverage for single-detached dwellings at 845 and 931 Thameside Drive. A third application from CWB Holdings et al. requests reduced parking setbacks for an industrial building at 428 Universal Road. Staff recommend approval of all three.

Planning staff are recommending approval as detailed in the report.
Discussion
Mayor Acchione asked if the addition of day care services on this site would be
seen as a negative for future development opportunities on this site. Mr. Gilbert
responded that the impacts of the day care would be addressed at site plan
review, and that any operator of a daycare facility would be required to meet
various ministry standards.
Councillor Schadenberg asked whether there were any concerns by
neighbouring properties with respect to the proposed road realignment and
