La Commission consultative d'urbanisme discutera et entendra des délégations sur deux demandes de A. Mohammad et S. Abid : une demande à la Commission des terres agricoles pour placer 409 m³ de remblai de gravier sur une allée de 2 046 m² sur des terres ALR au 7731 chemin Old Kamloops, et une demande de permis de dérogation au développement pour réduire la taille des places de stationnement et la largeur des allées de circulation aux 7731 et 7697 chemin Old Kamloops. Le personnel recommande que la demande ALC soit autorisée pour soumission à l'ALC. La commission adoptera également le procès-verbal d'une réunion précédente.

La Advisory Planning Commission examine une demande de permis de dérogation au développement pour un camping proposé de 22 emplacements et 10 cabanes locatives sur Parkway Road. Les dérogations demandées incluent la réduction de la zone tampon paysagère de la cour avant de 7,5 m à 2 m et la renonciation à l'exigence d'installations de blanchisserie. Le Inter-Municipal Accessibility Advisory Committee examinera des lettres d'appui pour trois projets d'accessibilité. Le District of Coldstream sollicite une lettre d'appui pour une subvention de 25 000 $ pour des améliorations à Kalamalka Beach, Kirkland Beach et Creekside Park.
