White Valley Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee

Regional Growth Management Advisory Committee

Electoral Area Advisory Committee
The Electoral Area Advisory Committee will consider approving a $100,000 budget increase for Grindrod Park Phase 3 and several development variance permits for properties in Electoral Areas B, D, and E. The committee will also review liquor license referral applications and agricultural land commission requests.

Advisory Planning Commission "B" Meeting
The Advisory Planning Commission will discuss and hear delegations on two applications from A. Mohammad and S. Abid: an Agricultural Land Commission application to place 409 m³ of gravel fill over a 2,046 m² driveway on ALR land at 7731 Old Kamloops Road, and a Development Variance Permit application to reduce parking stall sizes and driveway aisle widths at 7731 and 7697 Old Kamloops Road. Staff recommend the ALC application be authorized for submission to the ALC. The commission will also adopt minutes from a previous meeting.

Advisory Planning Commission "D" Meeting
The Advisory Planning Commission will discuss a development variance permit to reduce the exterior side yard setback for a garage addition at 732 Arbutus Road from 4.5m to 2.24m.
