Youth and Community Services Committee

Committee of the Whole
The Committee of the Whole receives an informational presentation from the Director of Public Works covering recent operations and projects in water, wastewater, roads, recreation, parks, and other municipal services. No decisions or resolutions are on the agenda; the meeting is procedural with only one substantive presentation.

Regular Council
Council will hear a presentation on the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw update, then consider first and second readings of both bylaws, scheduling a public hearing. They will also accept the 2025 Annual Municipal Report after public input, and discuss an Expression of Interest for redesigning the Meadow Creek Golf Course Clubhouse. Other items include an award recommendation for Ironstone Ridge Subdivision Phase 4A and appointment of election officials for the 2026 general local election.
