Council to consider zoning by-law amendment for 10th Line property
Council will discuss and potentially pass a zoning by-law amendment (Z04-2026) for lands on Concession 10, East Part Lot 13 (214152 10th Line). Three new zoning applications (Z05-2026, Z06-2026, Z07-2026) are also noticed for public meeting. A closed session is scheduled to discuss solicitor-client privileged advice on the Grand Valley Community Centre Agreement.
