Casselman considers zoning changes for 37 Richer Close and 7 Castonguay
The Municipality of Casselman will hold a public planning meeting to consider two zoning by-law amendment applications. One would increase the maximum residential units at 37 Richer Close Circle from 97 to 109 and include site-specific provisions. The other would permit a woodworking shop and wood finishing operations at 7 Castonguay Street while maintaining its General Commercial zoning.
