Council to adopt new Community Standards Bylaw and housing rules

Council will give second reading to a new Community Standards Bylaw covering noise, lighting, pests, and property maintenance, and will repeal three older bylaws. It will also approve amendments to the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to allow more multi-unit housing and accessory dwellings, reducing parking minimums.
