Council will vote on the second and third readings of the Morinville Library Board Bylaw and discuss a grant application for a community tree planting program. The meeting also includes an update from the Government of Alberta and a discussion on emergency management partnerships.

• 2nd and 3rd readings of Library Board Bylaw No. 6/2026
• Grant application to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities for the Growing Canada's Community Canopies initiative
• Request for a report on e-bike safety, regulations, and infrastructure by Fall 2026
• Closed session to discuss the CAO contract

Council unanimously approved all three readings of the Access to Information Bylaw No. 9/2026. They also approved the 2027 budget meeting dates (November 3, 4, and 24, 2026) and accepted the CAO performance evaluation in closed session.
