It is unclear where in this timeline we will receive notification from the province on our application as this may or may not align with Council meetings. Thank you. the exception of the industrial use across Tilson Ave to the west and some service commercial uses further to the south. The site itself is surrounded by roads on three sides local streets on the north and south side of the site but on the westerly side of the site is Tilson Ave which is an arterial road which is one of the requirements for medium-density location. The site is located in proximity to a number of parks the Trans-Canada trail and to the south a number of commercial services and there's also a T ego transit stop by directly in front of the site providing transit service and access to this location. This shows the proposed site layout the building is proposed to be oriented on the westerly side of the site so along Tilson Avenue which will provide for greater transition between this building and the low density uses to the east and it also allows the parking and amenity space to be located to the rear of the building further from from Tilson Ave. There is a zoning bylaw amendment that accompanies this it'll allow for some reduced setbacks a reduced parking requirement from the 1.25 down to the one space per unit recognizing that it is affordable housing and there's typically a lower parking generation need from those types of units substantiated by Tilsonburg not- for-profit housing and a review of their other facilities. So the zoning bylaw will really just allow for the proposed building location and and accommodate that reduced parking on this site. …
