Thank you. Thank you very much. Seeing no objections for anybody, we'll add those two items . So with that disclosure of conflict of interest and the general nature thereof, is there any conflict today? I don't believe there is. Seeing none. Next we have introduction and consideration of memos from admin. Before that, Mr. Van Dyne, over to you to introduce Ms. Le Medon. Thank you, Mr. Chair. It is my pleasure to welcome Katrina Le Medon to today's meeting. Katrina is one of Canada's most accomplished athletes and a true ambassador for sport. As a two-time Olympic gold medalist, Olympic silver and bronze medalist, and three-time Olympian in long track speed skating, she inspired Canadians from coast to coast to coast through her remarkable achievements on the world stage. She remains one of the most decorated and respected athletes in Canadian history, and she is now turning her attention and talents towards broader community involvement and engagement in sport that we'll be hearing about today. Today, Ms. Le Medon joins us to discuss the memorandum regarding whether the City of Yellowknife should confirm its interest and potential level of participation in a future bid to host the 2035 Canada Winter Games. As Council considers this significant opportunity, we are fortunate to benefit from her experience both as an elite athlete and a leader in Canada's sport community. On behalf of the City of Yellowknife, thank you, Ms. Le Med on, for taking the time to join us today. We app …

Introduction and consideration of memorandums from administration. Whether to present bylaw number XXX, a bylaw to appeal and replace Council of Enumeration Bylaw number 4982 for adoption, Mr. Van Dyne. Thank you, Mr. Chair. I'll just introduce this item by saying that Council had identified the review of salary remuneration in the work plan going back some time ago. Recently, I believe in the month of February, Council McCle llan had passed a motion encouraging us to get on with it. We then went on with it by engaging an independent resource . and today I'm happy to say that we have Linda Schroeder with Leadership Source who we engage to undertake this review. Today contemplates an update to the salary using a set of methodologies that she'll take us through and we're inviting council to give us feedback on the approach and we've drafted a draft bylaw to invoke should council decide to want to proceed. We'll bring that forward through the regular process at that time. So at this point I'd like to turn it over to Linda Schro eder to walk us through the work that she's commissioned. Good afternoon and thank you for the opportunity to present to you today through the chair. This presentation provides a summary of the independent mayor and council remuneration review prepared by Leadership …
