EDTF proposes removing SummerFest, WinterFest, Mural Project from work plan
The Economic Development Task Force is reviewing its 2026 work plan and recommending that several established initiatives be removed from its oversight, including SummerFest, WinterFest, the Mural Project, the National Tradesperson Day Breakfast, and the completed Community Improvement Plan. The task force proposes reassigning these programs to the Manager of Community Development and redirecting its efforts toward new economic development initiatives for 2027.
