Good day everyone, good afternoon, welcome to this plenary committee meeting. Like a September roll call book, I need someone to open the meeting. I need proposers. Thank you very much. No, directly, reports from departments that like you. Simple, no. There was delegation. Presentation. There are many. Think about item 5 now, which is Parks and Recreation Law 03.
