That is the only item. So, over to you, Mr. Nettleton. >> Uh thank you. I'm going to move an amendment on the file, but I just before we um before we go there, I just want to give some background, if that's okay. Um on the subject. So, about um 17 years ago, uh we had the opportunity to put a a dome in Barrie for free, paid for by the federal government, uh over our existing tennis um courts. And unfortunately, uh I lost that vote 6-5 at that time. And [snorts] we decided not to apply because of the competition it would create with John uh from the bubble in Springwater. I can't remember his last name, or else I would Weller, thank you. And uh it was being promoted by at that point the Barrie Tennis Club president, which I think was Ray Demers at that point. And uh council uh turned it down. Uh when we fast forward to today, and uh we look at uh what is uh what the opportunities are for uh year-round tennis. The reality is that we have to go to …

facility costs, staffing costs, etc. Um when we're looking at a Lantman Lane or another location, we could consider like a decentralized model where it's not a dedicated senior center, but we bring programming and workshops and different things to that particular facility. Um that reduces the uh the types of uh I supports that we would be required to report through a SALT grant. Uh we have uh submitted an expression of interest for uh an expansion of the SALT grant. Uh to date, we have a not heard back. Um in terms of partnerships, um Lantman Lane is also uh a school board location, so we we have to navigate around that at that particular site. So, uh we we could look further into sponsorship or or that type of a of a model. To date, we have not uh looked at that. We've looked at it solely from a municipal model. >> If I may, would that need direction to staff or would that just fall into operations to explore what's possible, whether that's the Legion where we have it staffed, activated, and just I would dare to say underutilized, but recently renovated through other grants or other not-for-profits that have space and align in programming? >> Uh through you uh Chair Harvey to Councillor Cungle. Um I'm not sure if we need staff direction per se. I mean, we can we can have those conversations just in terms of an ongoing programmatic uh like we do with any other uh typical program. Someone looks at seniors programming, whether it's housed in a municipal facility or or a locatio …
