Council to consider new Zoning Bylaw 960, 2025
Council will discuss and potentially adopt a new Zoning Bylaw (Bylaw 960, 2025) which updates land use regulations. Other major items include a Red Shale Purchase, a contract award for hazardous materials abatement, and allocation of 2026 Financial Assistance Grants. The meeting also includes repeal of numerous old bylaws and a closed session.
