proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Application.
Mayor Robinson introduced the application and advised the Zoning By-law
Amendment proposes to rezone Part of Lot 13 Concession 3, in the geographic
Township of McDougall from the Waterfront Residential 4 Zone to the Rural
Zone, and from the Waterfront Residential 4 Zone to the Rural Exception 13
Zone a site specific amendment to increase the front yard setback to prohibit
habitable buildings within 300m from the aggregate operation on adjacent lands.
The Zoning By-law Amendment will facilitate a severance (B38/2022 (McD))
which was provisionally approved by the Parry Sound Area Planning Board on
May 27, 2025.
