The purpose of this meeting is to gather public input on development applications received by the City of Vaughan. No decisions will be made here tonight. The Council Chamber is open to the public. This meeting is being held in hybrid mode, in-person attendance and electronic participation by members of Council, authorized under Section 237 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and is being audio and video recorded for storing and broadcasting on the Internet. Members of the public can participate in meetings by speaking to the committee either electronically, in person, or by submitting written communication as part of an agenda item. Your name, address, comments, and any other personal information are collected and stored to send correspondence relating to matters before Council and to create a record that is accessible to the public in both hard copy and electronic formats on the Internet. In accordance with Section 27 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, questions about how to get involved or about this collection should be directed to the City Clerk. Vaughan committee to consider zoning amendment for Copper Kirby development at Highway 27 and Kirby Road
