Board of Variance

The North Saanich Board of Variance will decide on a request to reduce the western side setback for a proposed sunroom and deck at 642 Cromarty Avenue from 7.6 meters to 5.0 meters. Staff notes the existing home has been non-compliant since 1980, and the variance would bring both current structures and the new addition into compliance with R-3 zoning rules. The board will also adopt minutes from its May 21 meeting.
