Council to review 2026 draft budget and user fees

Council will consider the 2026 draft capital and operating budget and proposed user fees and charges. Other items include a request to abandon a section of the J. Leitch Drain, an encroachment agreement for 212 and 214 Nancy, a demolition permit for 265 Shackleton Street, and the Elgin County Transportation Master Plan.
