Committee to consider approving Minor Variance A06-2025 for specialized agricultural use

The Committee of Adjustment will review Minor Variance Application A06-2025 submitted by T. Calaiezzi for Part Lot 8, Concession 6, Leitch Township. The variance seeks to recognize a deficient lot area and frontage to permit a specialized agricultural operation and is tied to Consent Application B2025-14 that would create a new lot of about 1.16 hectares on Silver Queen Lake Road. Staff recommend approval, noting the proposal meets the four tests of the Planning Act and complies with the Official Plan and Zoning By‑law. The committee will decide whether to approve the variance.
