residents, regional visitors, and tourists. Its focus is on empowering
businesses, stakeholders, and citizens to actively shape the future of the
downtown, with the Town serving as a facilitator rather than the sole driver
of initiatives it does not have the resources to execute independently.

Mayor Paterson called the meeting to order at 4:00pm.
3. Land Acknowledgment
We want to acknowledge the Traditional Territory of the Anishinabek Nation: The
People of the Three Fires known as Ojibway, Odawa, and Pottawatomie Nations.
And further give thanks to the Chippewas of Saugeen, and the Chippewas of
Nawash, now known as the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, as the traditional keepers
of this land.
