Thank you. working with the fire department and building to explore what would be required minimal changes to the building which is one of the criteria that we use for planning applications such as this, that there would be no major changes necessary in order for this to happen which would then make it more difficult to convert back. So in this particular case planning staff are recommending approval. The report goes into some more details on the policy side of things but this would be also a situation where we're recommending approval tonight which means that our bylaw is on the agenda as well. Thank you. Thank you. I did note there's additional information applicant agent and was there anything else? Any comments and inquiries by the public? Any comments and questions from members of council? Councillor Willsie. Just looking at the report, I see the reasoning for it is in case there's a labor strike. But I also see that it's in violation of both the Middlesex and Strathuric Herodoc Official Plans. So I guess in my mind, maybe I'm oversimpl ifying it, but I think it's a good question. I guess in my mind, maybe I'm oversimplifying it, but it seems like we are helping management prepare for a strike they think is coming. And then we're ruling our two official plans to let that go. Can I get a little bit more background on that? Because it just seems like it's... It just seems like preparing for a potential strike that they think is coming is maybe not the best reason to... Aga

Thanks, Mr. Williams and good evening Mr. Mayor, members of Council and members of the community have taken the time to be here with us this evening to discuss the settlement area boundary expansion. This is a very important initiative that has been undertaken by the county and the municipality for a number of years now. And I want to emphasize among other things this evening that this has been a process of listening. We've had very good and ongoing consultation with Council, with staff, with landowners, with members of the community, and we've heard a lot of very good input and different perspectives on this matter. And that dialogue and conversation continues this evening. There are no decisions being recommended or being considered tonight. Thank you. All in favor? Seeing none. Thank you. So, with the collections management section. We do have a high school student, we do have a high school student, we do have a high school student, Other than that, we've had some great events. Our chess club has finished out for the season because we don't run it in the summer, with all the other activities between the museum and the library in the program space. So that has finished. Crystal's been going every month for the VOM programs, which have been great to see come back to the museum. And then upcoming events that we have is we've started going to the straffling market again. Crystal was there two weekends ago with our new seasonal staff, Kenzie, and she started two weeks ago in the 15th. So you'll see her at the front desk. She's great. She's hitting the ground running because we are a bit behind with that one, just with all of the speed bumps along the way. But she's really going going strong already on our summer camps, programming those out. She's got a lot of great ideas and our workstation is covered in good because she's trying to get all the crafts and it's really fun to see. But she's actually been out to the market too. Her and I are going this weekend, so if you want to stop by our booth, you're more than welcome to do it. And then yeah, so that's our summer programs. We do have a cake decorating workshop coming up mid-July, which is with Tanya who we've had before and she's a lot of fun with all of her fun pi

So, I think a little bit of Carrot Knock in there as well, but with a heavy Strathroy focus. So without giving it away , there's a few different displays that you can see that
