Council supported in principle the draft plan of subdivision for 963 County Road 10, comprising 201 lots and blocks including 159 single detached homes, 148 townhouse units, 176 medium-density units, and commercial, parkland, and stormwater blocks. Approval is conditional on water and wastewater capacity availability, with the developer required to complete road improvements, sidewalks, street lighting, and other infrastructure.
