The Purpose of the proposed County Official Plan Amendment is to redesignate the lands from the
‘Rural’, ‘Provincially Significant Wetlands’, and ‘Hazard Lands’ designations to the ‘Primary

The Effect of the amendment would be that these lands would now be included within the settlement area
